Evidence Based Craft

The Dutch Centre for Executive Coaching wants to contribute to the further development of the profession of Executive Coach into an “evidence-based craft”.

On this part of our website you will find some research and publications, books and media about Executive Coaching, the effectiveness of Executive Coaching and Leadership, if possible from a scientific perspective, or based on sound psychological models and theories. They contribute to the realization that the profession of Executive Coach has become highly respected in the field of Organizational Development in the past 10 years.

You can also find recommendations here on literature related to leadership or specific elements within leadership that we think are very worth reading.

We expect to be able to present about 50 to 80 relevant qualitative and quantitative studies on Executive Coaching and leadership via this page soon (mid-September), this number will increase to about 150 in the coming months.
