True Masters in Executive Coaching

The majority of our coaches attended the two-year Masters in Executive Coaching program at the renowned Ashridge Executive Education near London.

This program is the only one worldwide that leads to an academic degree (MSc) in Executive Coaching. Our coaches can rightly call themselves ‘True Masters in Executive Coaching’.

‘Masters in Executive Coaching’ is triple internationally accredited by the AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.

Only about 250 professionals worldwide obtained the title of Master of Science in Executive Coaching.

The way it works

Highly Personalized Premium Quality, that is where we stand for!

  1. The first step is an intake. In this we thoroughly explore the coaching question together. The intended results are (broadly) formulated. We would be happy to discuss your preferences for a coach (business experience, coaching experience, etc.).
  2. We introduce one or a maximum of two Executive Coaches to you by means of a short profile. If you wish, a personal introduction will take place (which we prefer)
  3. Once you have made your choice, we will draw up an agreement in which, of course, specific attention is paid to confidentiality.
  4. Let’s get started!

 

Predictors of a good coaching outcome!

Based on scientific research into the effectiveness of Executive Coaching, we know that two variables are an important predictor of a good coaching result;

  • the quality of the agreed goals and intended results (from the client’s perspective)
  • the quality of the ‘working alliance’ between client and coach.

For this reason, we value a thorough intake!
