Perkins, 2009
Short summary: This study explored whether Executive Coaching can help improve leadership behavior, specifically with regard to meeting leadership. First of all, a theoretical framework was developed (MLMS) on the basis of which the research was carried out. The participants were generally highly trained leaders. The results show (based on measurements before and after the coaching) a significant and relatively strong relationship between the coaching and the skills and attitudes required to effectively lead meetings.
