Our core members have all obtained their academic degree in Executive Coaching from the prestigious Ashridge Executive Coaching near London. The Masters in Executive Coaching program is the only one worldwide that leads to an academic degree in Executive Coaching.

Ashridge Executive Education is three-time international accredited by the AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. The accreditation program for Executive Coaches received the EMCC European Quality Award in 2017.

We also work with Executive Coaches who have followed a post-graduate course in Executive Coaching at VU University Amsterdam, or who have a high-quality track record in Executive Coaching.
